Since 2014, I have been working in the solar panel, air source heat pump, gas boiler, cavity wall and loft insulation industries in conjunction with being a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) performing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for sales, lettings, government grants and government incentives. I am accredited by, and a member of, the Government approved and regulated certification body Elmhurst which is regulated by the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government.
I can advise you on a range of subjects, issues and improvements and, in the event it is outside my remit, I can point you in the right direction.
