PHB, Charing When I needed an Energy Performance Certificate in order to sell my house, I used google to find a local specialist and as Ruth Evans was based in Dymchurch, I called her. She picked up promptly and her professional and friendly approach, plus her very reasonable fee, confirmed to me that she was the right person for the job. We made an appointment for her to carry out her inspection two days later. Ruth arrived on time, asked her questions in a friendly manner, inspected all the areas she needed to in an efficient manner and was able to feed back her very fair EPC rating. She emailed the Certificate to me the following day.
