PHB, Charing When I needed an Energy Performance Certificate in order to sell my house, I used google to find a local specialist and as KentEPCs are based in Dymchurch, I called them. They picked up promptly and their professional and friendly approach, plus very reasonable fee, confirmed to me that they were the right person for the job. We made an appointment for them to carry out their inspection two days later. They arrived on time, asked their questions in a friendly manner, inspected all the areas needed in an efficient manner and were able to feed back their very fair EPC rating. I was emailed the Certificate the following day.
